Data Deletion

Delete Your Account

Sign in, open profile settings, and use the delete account action. Password accounts are asked for the current password before deletion. The delete action removes your Been & Bound account and its related profile, atlas entries and notes, journeys and journey places, stamps, saved journeys, votes, Travel DNA data, milestone progress, and local provider links. Public atlas entries and public journeys you own are removed too. It does not delete content owned by someone else.

OAuth Accounts

If you use Google, GitHub, or another OAuth provider, deleting your Been & Bound account removes the local provider link. You can also revoke Been & Bound access from the provider account settings.

Help With Deletion

If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address tied to the account.
